Our organization, Arkansas Art Educators provides teaching resources, professional development, networking opportunities, student exhibits, speakers, scholarships, and support for visual art educators. Do you wish to directly connect with approximately 300 art leaders who have both decision-making and spending power? We can help advertise your products, company, corporation, school, museum, or gallery at our next event through media promotion on the web and in print.

The theme for the 2026 Arkansas Art Educators Fall Professional Development Conference, "ART WITHOUT LIMITS: Teaching Beyond Boundaries", encourages teachers to move beyond traditional barriers and embrace creativity, inclusion, innovation, and lifelong learning. The theme reflects the idea that art transcends cultural, social, academic, and physical boundaries, creating opportunities for all learners to engage meaningfully in the creative process.
Join us as we challenge boundaries, inspire innovation, and explore what happens when art education has not limits!
Five ways to sponsor Arkansas Art Educators:
1) BOOTH - Purchase a booth in our vendor hall for the opportunity to meet and interact with art educators. The vendor hall will be open from 10 am to 4 pm on Thursday and Friday. $100 per table
2) ADVERTISEMENT -Purchase a print advertisement in the AAE News digital newsletter, and be recognized in our Fall Conference Booklet as well. AAE News is published 3 times a year, and is distributed online to art educators. $100 full page/$60 half page.
3) SPONSOR - If you are unable to send a representative we would be happy to find a teacher to present a hands-on session or sessions using materials you send. You could send specific lesson plans or we could develop some. This conference book would reflect that this is a sponsored session.
4) SWAG - Supply us with swag items we can disseminate to our attendees (approximately 350). Art supplies, sample products, t-shirts, bookmarks, ink pens, coupons, binder clips, pamphlets, stickers, and inserts are all great examples of items donated to our group every year. If you are willing to send us some swag, we will make sure our members see your brand! Mail your swag to our Commercial Exhibit Chair:
